MEGA STORAGE REFUND POLICY

In circumstances where any funds need to be refunded to the Tenant by Mega Storage in terms of this Lease, such amounts will be refunded to the Tenant within 30 (thirty) business days from date on which such refund has been determined. Due to all rentals being payable monthly in advance, Mega Storage will not be liable to refund the Tenant any pro-rata rentals in respect of any calendar month.
